1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MeiMeiGo (美美精选) website and ordering platform (the "Service"), operated by Rhoda Trading Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

本服务条款（"条款"）适用于您对美美精选（MeiMeiGo）网站及下单平台（"服务"）的使用，该服务由 Rhoda Trading Ltd. 运营。创建账号或使用本服务即表示您同意本条款。

2. About the Service

MeiMeiGo is a neighborhood group-buy grocery ordering and local delivery service serving Langley and Metro Vancouver, BC. Orders are typically paid on delivery (cash or e-transfer); we do not process online card payments through the Service.

美美精选是一项面向大温兰利（Langley）及周边地区的社区生鲜团购与本地配送服务。订单通常采用货到付款方式（现金或 EMT 电子转账），我们不通过本服务处理在线信用卡支付。

3. Account Registration & Identity Confirmation

To place an order, you must register an account using a valid mobile phone number verified by SMS. To maintain trust and safety within our neighborhood delivery network, new accounts also require manual confirmation by MeiMeiGo staff before orders can be placed. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

3. 账号注册与身份确认

下单前，您需要使用经短信验证的有效手机号码注册账号。为维护我们邻里配送网络内的信任与安全，新账号在可以下单前还需经过美美精选工作人员的人工确认。您应确保所提供信息真实准确，并妥善保管账号登录凭据。

4. SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from MeiMeiGo, including:

• One-time verification codes for account registration and identity confirmation
• Order status notifications (e.g. order received, out for delivery)

Message frequency varies depending on your account and order activity (typically up to 10 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to resume, sign up as you did the first time. For help, text HELP or contact info@rhodatrading.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. 短信服务条款

在您提供手机号码并同意接收短信后，您将收到来自美美精选的短信，包括：

• 用于账号注册与身份确认的一次性验证码
• 订单状态通知（如已接单、配送中等）

短信发送频率视账号及订单情况而定（通常每月不超过10条）。可能产生运营商短信/流量费用。您可随时回复 STOP 取消接收短信，取消后我们会发送一条确认短信，此后您将不再收到我们的短信；如需恢复，请按首次注册流程重新订阅。如需帮助，请回复 HELP 或联系 info@rhodatrading.com。对于短信延迟或未能送达，运营商不承担责任。

5. Orders & Delivery

Orders are subject to product availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including where identity or trust confirmation cannot be established.

订单以商品实际库存为准。配送时间为预估时间，可能有所变动。除另有约定外，货款于配送时支付。若身份或信任关系无法确认，我们保留取消或拒绝订单的权利。

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MeiMeiGo and Rhoda Trading Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delayed or undelivered SMS messages.

在法律允许的范围内，美美精选及 Rhoda Trading Ltd. 对因使用本服务而产生的间接、附带或衍生损失（包括短信延迟或未能送达）不承担责任。

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
